Vacancy Office Supervisor
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Office Supervisor to manage the admin team within our busy school office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitorsand organise the office functions including nurse visits and photographs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required together with a calm, positive and professional approach. Experience in Word is essential and the knowledge of SIMS and working in a school office is desirable but not essential as full training will be available. The environment is diverse and fast-changing so the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and on your own initiative is essential. The successful candidate will be required to hold a first aid qualification; training can be provided.
